We create HQ space for organisations who want their own front door, their own meeting rooms and their own kitchen space - all managed for them with a premium level of service. Our spaces are architect designed, with wider scope for client customisation.
What’s included?
Almost everything. Rent, business rates, service charges, utilities, build works, furniture, internet and IT, cleaning, facilities management, AV systems, coffee machines and more. The office is “plug-and-play” and a dedicated Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day running of the space.
It’s all-inclusive workspace on a simple licence agreement and a single monthly payment.
